and apply for BUSINESS SUBDIVISION & GRADING BONDS. In order to be responsive
to your needs, we have streamlined our procedures to provide you with the quickest
response. The following list of items are required to process your request:
- Subdivision bond application

- Copies
of the following:
a.) Set aside letter from the construction leader or verification of
financing.
b.) Engineer's estimate of cost to complete offside improvements.
c.) Required bond forms (originals)
d.) Subdivision agreement, grading application, DRE 643 form relocation
permit with XCU coverage, etc.
- Business financial statements
for the last two years to include balance sheet & profit
/ loss statement.
- Interim Business financial
statements if the fiscal yearend statement is over 6 months old.
- Personal financial statement
on all owners and indemnitors.
- If any assets of the applicants
are held in trust, provide a copy of the trust agreement.
- Copy of entity documents,
for example; articles of incorporation, partnership agreement or
joint venture agreement.
- Resume of owners. If a
contractor is to complete the work, then a copy of his/her resume
will be needed.
- Contractor's
job estimate and a copy of the contract with principles/owner.
- Bank verification letter
on all business and personal accounts to include lines of credit,
see attached format.
- Proof of ownership of
the property (deed or preliminary title).
